1. What is M&C Loyalty Club?
M&C Loyalty Club is Millennium & Copthorne's global guest recognition and rewards programme. From complimentary stays to exclusive privileges and a host of lifestyle treats, the programme recognises and rewards our frequent guests.
Across the globe, M&C Loyalty Club has now been launched in all regions.
2. Which hotels are participating in this programme?
Currently, over 75 Millennium & Copthorne hotels in Asia, Europe, Middle East, New Zealand and United States are participating in this programme. We will keep you updated as and when more hotels come onboard.

3. How many tiers of membership are there?
There are three membership tiers: Classic, Gold and Diamond.
Members will be able to earn loyalty points for every qualifying hotel stay, and redeem these for a range of rewards from dining e-Vouchers, to complimentary stays and more.
Our Classic membership qualification period is 12 months from the date of enrolment. Membership will be renewed for another year upon a minimum of one qualifying stay during this period. Membership is open to all guests. Members who achieve four or more qualifying stays in their Classic membership year will enjoy an upgrade to Gold status.
Gold members enjoy a host of premium privileges, including complimentary room upgrades, birthday treats and broadband benefits at participating hotels. Valid for two years from the date of qualification, members will need to achieve four or more qualifying stays during the membership period to renew your Gold status.
Receive an upgrade to our most prestigious Diamond membership when you achieve 12 qualified stays during any 12-month period during your two year Gold membership period. Valid for two years from the date of qualification, members will need to achieve 12 or more qualifying stays during the membership period to maintain Diamond status.
At this stage, memberships are offered as single memberships only.
4. Will I be issued a membership card?
Cards will only be issued to Gold & Diamond members. No membership card will be issued for Classic membership.
Upon successful submission of the completed online registration form, an email notification with an auto-generated Classic membership ID will be sent to the applicant's pre-designated email address.
5. What is the validity period of membership?
The Classic membership is valid for one (1) year, whereas the Gold and Diamond memberships are valid for two (2) years from the date of qualification.
Classic members are required to achieve at least one qualifying stay for membership to be renewed. Enjoy an upgrade to Gold status with four to eleven qualifying stays in the Classic membership year.
Gold members will be upgraded to Diamond status if 12 or more qualified stays are achieved during any 12-month period during their Gold membership period.
6. Is there a membership fee?
There is no membership fee to join M&C Loyalty Club.
7. Will I qualify for membership? How do I sign up?
Anyone can join the programme. The Classic membership is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or above.
Upon enrolment, you will receive your registration details. Quote your membership number whenever you make a reservation at any of our hotels to start earning points. Gold and Diamond members may present their membership card while Classic members can quote the membership number in the activation email received upon successful registration.
8. How long is the application process?
Once your registration has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your Login ID and password. With this, you can immediately start earning points when you next make a reservation.
9. How do I earn points?
Members will earn two loyalty points for every US$1 spent on room rates only for each qualifying hotel stay. Spend on food & beverage, service charge, goods and services taxes (howsoever described) and other expenses shall not earn loyalty points.
Loyalty Points are not awarded for qualifying stays which earn Frequent Flyer Programme (FFP) miles and vice versa. Members will need to advise hotel staff whether they wish to earn Loyalty Points or FFP miles upon booking their rooms or check-in.
Non-eligible room rates include, but are not limited to:
• Complimentary rooms
• Airline and / or travel industry discounted rooms
• Airline crew
• Group conventions / corporate meetings
• Selected long-term stay

10. Will I be entitled to points for my previous stays if I have just become a member today?
Points cannot be accumulated for stays before the registration of the membership.
11. What is the difference between a qualifying room night and a qualified stay?
A 'qualifying room night' is defined as a room night at a participating hotel charged at an eligible room rate to earn loyalty points.
A 'qualified stay' is one or more consecutive qualifying room nights at a participating hotel.
A stay may consist of both qualifying and non-qualifying room nights; only qualifying room nights will count towards a qualified stay.
Loyalty points are awarded for qualifying room nights while membership renewals are based on qualified stays.
12. Will I be entitled to my tier membership benefits if I am booked on non-eligible room rates?
Yes, Gold and Diamond members are still eligible for their membership benefits if they are booked under a non-eligible room rate.
13. How do I know how many points I've earned?
Simply log in to your account to manage your account. You will be able to view your points balance, redeem rewards and change your personal details. Please allow up to four weeks for your account to be updated.
14. Are my points transferable?
Loyalty points are non-transferable, nor exchangeable for cash.
15. Do my points have an expiry date?
Loyalty Points are valid for a twenty four (24)-month period from date of award, save in the event that a Member's account lapses, is cancelled, or the Programme is terminated for any reason whatsoever when such Loyalty Points shall be deemed to have lapsed on the date of the lapsing or cancellation of the Membership or the termination of the Programme.
16. How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your account to redeem points online at anytime. Once you have made your selection and submitted your redemption, you will receive an email with your e-Voucher.
The e-Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions as listed on the voucher.
17. After redemption is confirmed, am I able to cancel or change the redemption item?
We regret that there is no cancellation or change allowed on the redemption item once you have submitted your request. Use of the e-Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions stated.
18. What if I accidentally use the redemption voucher twice?
Members will be charged accordingly for any double redemption or double usage of e-Vouchers.
19. Are my rewards vouchers transferable? Do they expire?
Rewards e-Vouchers are valid for three months from the date of issue. All e-Vouchers are non transferable.
20. I just moved house. How do I update my contact details?
To change your personal details, log in to your account and select "My Details".
21. How do I use my free room night voucher?
Room reservation has to be done at hotel level. All hotel stays are subject to availability of rooms and occupancy. No walk-in will be entertained and the hotels reserve the right to impose a one night room charge billed to the e-Voucher for late cancellations and no-show. Use of the e-Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions stated.
22. What if I can't remember my password or login ID?
To reset your password, you can go to the following link, http://www.mcgloballoyaltyclub.com/login/forgotPassword.php or simply send us an email with your name, address and email address.
